COLLOIDAL SILVER AND SURGICAL WOUND CARE PRESENTATION GIVEN AT 2012 SIGN CONFERENCE

At 12^th annual SIGN Fracture Care International Conference on Treatment of Difficult Fractures around the world”, Dr Samwel Hailu gave a presentation on the use of colloidal silver as wound wash to help mitigrate  infections in fracture wounds.

The conference was attended by 150 surgeons from 22 countries.
