The use of vitamins

 We need a balanced diet in order to keep our body healthy, most of us are sick because of  lack of vitamins and minerals.

Eating wrong food, drinking a lot of sodas, alcohol and sugar  destroys our immune system and lead  to sickness and disease.

One of the important vitamins to build  your immune system is vitamin C, which we get from orange, lime Lemon and kiwi fruits.  Our body need sufficient  vitamins for the immune system to raise and be able to fight sickness and disease.

You can also get vitamin C in pills or concentrate form.

An healthy person need up to 2000ml a day.

HIV is associated with a higher level of free radicals that damage the body. Medications used to treat HIV also interfere with vitamins absorption. As a result, people with HIV need extra vitamins to repair and heal cells. According to studies published in " Epidemiology" Journal of nutrition and vitamins supplements appear to slow the progression of the  disease and are a good low cost intervention. The University of California maintains that the best way to get vitamin is through healthy diet, but individuals with HIV may also benefit from vitamins in pills or concentrate form.
